On Childhood Friends
I was browsing through the De Ocampo's albums during Mommy Glen's wake and look what I found...
THEN
and NOW
Rest in Peace Tita Glenda
Last March 29, on a Good Friday at 3PM (the Lord's hour), Tita Glenda lost her battle with cancer.
Tita Glenda is the mom of Neil, Lance and Bea. She is the older sister of my mom. She was only 50 years old when she died. You will be missed Mommy Glen, but we are all happy that you are now free from pain and suffering. Look after us from heaven!

A Weekend Getaway
Today, we proved that one does not have to go far to get away.

On a random impulse, I headed left when I was supposed to turn right. And it lead us to an impromptu adventure and fear conquering activities at minimal expense. We were far off the grid enough to getaway, and that was what we did. Albeit being physically unprepared to be seen in public, I do think we managed to getaway with it. No pun intended.
Boracay – Sabah, Malaysia – Indonesia – Baguio ang peg!
Hoping for more adventures soon!

Dressing Up
I let Kim and Lance tag along to our company Christmas party last night! As our attire was "cocktail" - it was a time for dressing up!
And oh. Have I mentioned it was also my birthday?

A Picture Perfect Opportunity
Earlier this week, I confirmed with Lance that I would go with him and Kim to watch The Von Trapps mall tour in SM Premiere. When Friday came (the day of the show), we were only able to catch the ending because the two of them were late. It was actually just a very short show anyway.
So after the show, while walking around the mall, we happened by this wonderful orange wall near the 2nd floor rest room. Not ones to miss an opportunity, we decided to do a mini-pictorial!
After which, I decided to have my hair cut. And the paparazzi photo of the day is by Lance!
While having dinner, we asked one of the waitresses to take our picture. Sadly, only Kim's face can be focused. I therefore declare that Lance and I are the best blurred background people ever!

P.S.
Have thought about what to post here. Think this works as a first post, right?
